Santa’s Q-elves worked together to bring a bright Christmas to children from Project Self-Sufficiency and the Putnam McKinney Program.
Thank you, Quota members, for sharing your time, energy and Christmas spirit during this holiday season.
Quota members presented bags of treats to 108 Project Self-Sufficiency families. The treats were baked by these amazing Quota elves. The evening included an opportunity for PSS children to shop for their parent and the gifts were wrapped by QIFC members.
QIFC members stuffed over 115 Christmas bags for Putnam Elementary School children. The bags were filled with toys, nutritious treats, school supplies, hats, gloves, a blanket and various other useful items the children will enjoy.
This event not only benefits the children but is an opportunity for Quota members to do what they do best; have fun and enjoy working with wonderful friends while serving those in our community who need a helping hand.
QIFC never forgets the members who are truly the foundation of our club. Betty Ann Husted, age 95, is surrounded by members who visited her at her residence. Mary Marks, 87, active QIFC member, joined the others as they celebrated and shared the Christmas spirit.
